DIGITAL DOWNLOAD STORE
Our much-asked-for and anticipated Digital Download Store is now open for business! Within this category, you will find many of our paper pads, including those that have been discontinued, that you can buy digital designs for and print at home. So, if you've been sitting at home heartbroken that you've used the last sheet of your favourite paper pad, thinking you'll never be able to get your hands on the designs again, it's time to turn that frown upside down and get buying the digital designs! Try printing them on our pearl paper for beautiful, shimmering results!
We've updated our FREE Sparkle Point reward club. For every £1 you spend, you will receive one Sparkle Point. Collect 100 points and you will be eligible for a £5 discount voucher. We have simplified the points system to make it easier for you to redeem your vouchers.
Head to the Rewards Panel to see how many points you have and what you're entitled to.
Want to exchange your points for vouchers? You will be shown what vouchers you're eligible for, so select your chosen option and a unique discount code will be emailed to you. It's as easy as that.
Sparkle Points will expire after 12 months, but there's no need to worry about losing any, as we will send you a reminder beforehand to give you time to use them!
We've made some really handy updates to our wishlist feature. You can now create separate wishlists for different projects or a wishlist of what you already own. This is perfect for items like your Sparkelicious glitters, which you may lose track of and which ones you have and still need to get. You can view them all at a glance by adding them to a separate wishlist. Nifty eh?! It's also convenient for when you have a big event coming up that you need to make lots of cards for. For instance, you may have been asked to create wedding stationery for a family member. You can pop items that would suit their theme into a wishlist and then run it past them before committing to purchase them. Try it and see how much it can help your crafty projects!
PRODUCT CATEGORIES
We've updated our product categorisation and search function to make finding what you need easier. Now, you will see cohesive drop-down menus at the top of the homepage, directing you to all our various product categories and the many sources of inspiration available at your fingertips! Also, beneath the main header image carousel, you will see pictures of our key product categories, giving you another chance to quickly navigate to where you want to be. It will make your visit to our site much more efficient, freeing up more time for your creative endeavours!
POSTAGE
Our European customers can collectively cheer as we're delighted to announce that we can reopen our European shipments!
Post-Brexit, we were forced into a situation where we had no alternative but to halt our European shipping. Although there are still some shipping restrictions, we're now delighted to be in a position where we can reopen our shipping to Europe.
The main restriction is that orders valued at €150 or more cannot be sent to Europe without you, the customer, having to pay additional duties and taxes for your parcel to clear customs. If you would like to place a larger order, we recommend splitting it into two so that no duties or taxes are charged. Whilst we appreciate this isn't ideal, we're thrilled to have this workaround. Postal charges vary depending on country, so we have created a table for you to see how much it would be for your place of residence.
For UK postage, we have held off on increasing postal rates for as long as possible; however, we have had to introduce a very slight increase with immediate effect. Options now start from as low as £2.99, which is still great value. Remember, postage is FREE on all orders of £50 or more!
US customers will be thrilled to hear that we have introduced an economy option with a low P&P rate of $12.99. We hope you're happy that we've worked on making our service more affordable!
We understand how helpful it is to see products in action, so we have worked tirelessly behind the scenes to create multiple product videos for you. As you're scrolling through our product pages, you will notice that we have introduced videos within the key selling points. This is a work in progress, so if we still need to create a product-based video for a particular item, you will see inspirational videos in its place.
NEW BLOG LAYOUT
We've worked on making it easier to find just what you're looking for within our ever-growing resource and inspiration blog. When you head to our blog now, you will see that the categories have changed, making it easier to navigate. We have also added a handy new way to shop the materials used in our blog tutorials, making it much easier and quicker for you. Have a browse and familiarise yourself with all the handy changes.
STOCK LEVELS
There's nothing more frustrating than when you're in two minds about choosing a particular item; you realise that you do indeed need it in your craft stash and go back to buy it, only to discover that it's sold out! That's why we've changed things, so when stock levels reach less than 10, it will be flagged on its relevant product page. You will then know that to delay may risk you missing out. If an item is sold out, you can pop your email in the new notification box, and you'll be notified when it's back in stock.
LOOKBOOKS
Our lookbooks section is a brand-new feature of Chloe's Creative Cards and is a quick and easy source of inspiration. Use this area to search for project-based tutorials, techniques, themes, occasions, and general crafty inspiration!
REVIEWS
Seeing reviews is a great way to see how loved an item is, so we've introduced a product review feature for you to let other like-minded crafters know your verdict! You can even go one step better and share a project you've made using the item and give others extra creative inspiration.
